Bass Pet Resort & Spa offers safe, clean and comfortable recreation and specialized services for all our guests. We love our new facility, please come in and visit us! Bass Pet Resort & Spa offers all kinds of activities for your pet ensuring they have a fun-filled, healthy and happy visit to our facility. We have so many services to offer including but not limited to:

PLAY TIME:

Come play with our Activity Directors!! We love to cater to all our overnight family members. Schedule a one-on-one play date between Rufus and his Activity Director. Not only does play time give Rufus more personal time with his Activity Director; play also is a great way to help him relax and enjoy his vacation. We’ll take Rufus out for a wonderful romp; feel free to schedule as many as you want Rufus to have.

GROUP PLAY:

Want more exercise time for Fifi? Does she love to socialize with her four legged friends? We have what you want. Group play: for up to 45 minutes …. she’ll have a fantastic time meeting new friends. Under the supervision of an Activity Director, we’ll take out several vacationers at one time, ensuring safe and healthy play groups. We’re a “G-rated” motel; each play group is designed for same size, altered (spayed or neutered). We have small and large group play sessions.

TENDER LOVING CARE (TLC):

We encourage as much contact between Rover and his Activity Director (each pet is assigned an Activity Director to oversee their vacation.) TLC is designed to promote additional contact through brushing, massaging and basically loving on Fifi while in the comfort of their condo or suite.

Tuck in Treat and Story time:

How about a story and a special tuck in from our very affectionate staff that loves to pay special attention to your member of the family.

doggie DAY CARE:

Want someplace fun and safe to take care of Rufus while you’re at work or playing at the various human parks? Look at our various packages or design the perfect day care for Rufus.

Mommy’s Day Out: 6 hours with 1 playtime & 1 business walk
Camp Tails: Full day with 2 playtimes & 1 business walk
Pampered Pooch Day Camp: Pick up available between 8:30pm-9:00pm with 2 playtimes & 2 business walks

BUSINESS WALKS:

If Rover or Fifi require individual “walks” to encourage them to do “their business”, please order our Business Walks while they are vacationing with us. Business Walks are walks on the lead in our grassy areas. Business walks are done four times a day; first thing in the morning, noon, 5:00 pm or 9 pm. This is also a great service if you are in the middle of pottie training your baby.

gourmet treats, toys and more:

Forgot Fido’s treats? No problem, we have a wide variety of treats; from Rawhide Lollipops to ice cream to candy bars. All designed especially for Fido’s unique pallet. Toys? Don’t worry if you didn’t pack Fifi’s toys. Boy, do we have the toys!! Our wide selection includes Freaky Squeakies, Knotted Rope toys (some are even mint flavored) to Tuggables. All reasonably priced and designed to keep your baby happy and content during their vacation. Other items in our retail store include LUPINE’S collars, leashes and harnesses, guaranteed against lifetime wear and tear, stickers, candles, shampoos and the list goes on. We’re always updating and changing our stock, especially around the seasons. Stop by, Fido doesn’t need to be vacationing in order to get a new toy.

GROOMING:

Who doesn’t like to strut after receiving that Perfect cut? So let your babies strut! What better way to pamper your four legged family member than to book time with our highly trained grooming stylist? With over 12 years of experience, let Pam bathe Fifi in one of our specialty shampoos, gently massage her stress away. After her luxurious bath, Pam will gently brush her out and trim those tresses to better show off your baby’s personality. From custom cuts to overall shave downs, Pam loves to bring out the best of all her clients. If you’re not staying the night, don’t worry, just call and make an appointment for that special furry family member.

TRAINING:

Who doesn’t want a willing companion for those daily walks? Are you having some behavioral problems? Learn how to communicate effectively with your four legged family member. Help them become a secure, confident member of your pack. Patti will teach you how to become the effective pack leader your furry family member needs. Call and schedule a consultation with Patti, a Preliminary Associate Dog Listener. Patti was trained by Jan Fennell, the renowned believer and teacher of the “Amichien Bonding” method. For those that want help with obedience training, please call us for details.

Vaccination Clinic:

Every month we have the benefit of a veterinarian visit in order to give low cost vaccinations. Great packages are available bundling vaccinations; average cost is around $35.00. Along with the vaccinations, products such as Heartgard are available to purchase (required test must be performed first). This service benefits not only the Bass Pet Resort & Spa Family, but the entire community by promoting responsible pet care. Please call or stop by to pick up a price sheet and the date/time the vet will be available. If you find your pet’s vaccinations have recently expired or will expire during their vacation, we will be happy to make sure they are properly vaccinated. Appropriate charges will be applied to your account (an itemized receipt will be provided by the vet.) A small fee of $10.00 will also be charged for administration fee.

Veterinary Care Warranty Program

Bass Pet Resort & Spa offers a low cost Veterinary Care Warranty Program on cats and dogs boarded that are over (8) months of age and that are not over (7) seven years old for dogs and cats that are not over (8) eight years old. For more information click here.
