A little bit about us...

In 1986, we saw a need in the local tourist industry. Thousands of people come from all over the nation to Central Florida every year to enjoy the attractions and there was no one there to look after their precious pets! Why should they be left out of the family vacation? So, Bass Pet Resort & Spa was "born" and ever since we have been providing the best in accommodating pets, not only to those from out of town, but for local clientele too.

Our facilities and standards are second to none. We offer your pet on-site care 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Ask about our late pick-up/drop-off times and emergency boarding available. We have care givers actually living on the property! Our dedicated staff is not only experienced in the pet care industry but we have assembled a team where each member brings a specific area of knowledge. Their backgrounds include Veterinary Assistant, Breeders and a dog behaviorist and of course, we are all lovers and owners of animals!

Bass Pet Resort & Spa is an associate of the Pet Care Services Association and we pride ourselves in not only meeting their high standards, but exceeding them. We have a good working relationship with the top Veterinarians in the area, knowledge sharing is an important part of any business and it is reciprocal.

Our biggest qualification is our unwavering dedication to the care and welfare of animals and with this, a genuine love of our chosen careers!
